I've seen many comments wondering about the storyline of this MMD/Game so I'll summarize the moments shown in this video. *SPOILER WARNING* The game of this MMD is called Hetalia Fox Tales. *Background information* : This game is similar to the game HetaOni where Italy goes through many loops/revolutions (I'll call it loops) trying to get the others out alive. However, in this game, instead of Veneziano (Northern Italy) doing the revolutions, it's Romano that has to endure the emotional pain and do the loops. The game is called Fox Tales because it's based on a Japanese folklore. The folklore basically is about a beautiful fox spirit being betrayed by an emperor (?). After being kicked out by the emperor, the fox spirit first tried to get rid of the bandits that troubled the emperor in hopes of gaining his favor/love. Instead of being glad, the emperor stated that the fox spirit is a murderer and sent people after her to kill her. The fox spirit stays in hiding and tries hard to take care of her 3 kids. The fox spirit often turns into a beautiful woman to go into villages and get some food. One day, the fox spirit falls into a trap the emperor made. The little ones were wondering why their mother hasn't come back after a long time. They go find their mom but ends up getting captured. *The little ones gets killed RIGHT IN FRONT of their mother* . The fox spirit also dies later on. Since the fox is a spirit, even when her body dies, she still floats around the world. She believed if she caused chaos and kill people, she can get the emperor's attention and love. The emperor then sent 3 generals to go and kill the fox spirit once and for all (there is a theory where one of the generals is Kiku aka Japan). When the fox spirit died, it leaves a giant stone as a some sort of curse. Whenever people go near the stone, they will die in a short amount of time. (Wow that was long. Anyways, now back to the moments in the video) 0:18 Italy gains a flashback where Japan sacrificed himself and hugs the Japan in the current loop. 0:22 The yellow foxes can turn into imposters. The yellow foxes turn into Russia and America and were about to kill China and Italy when they were alone. 0:24 Canada figures out that the Russia and America that is alone with China and Italy are fake (they were in separate rooms and groups. China and Italy were in a group with the imposters) 0:26 Prussia and England stays up in the night to keep watch. They look through the sleeping expressions of the countries (cute moment >W

Oh I forgot to say but I’ll put it here: 1) The magic trio I mentioned is the magic trio in this game. Norway and Romania do help England with his magic in this game but Russia and Prussia also knows magic in this game. (In case anyone is confused, the original fandom magic trio is Norway, England, and Romania) 2) The two Italy at the end is not the same Italy (I think). The one holding the book (where Romano writes the time loops) is 43th loop fallen Feliciano (Northern Italy) and the one laying on the piano is Romano. Both brothers may now rest in peace since the nations finally all escaped together...

最初狐物語を知らなかったからてっきりクトゥルフ的な植物に襲われてるのかなぁと思ってたら妖狐で、雰囲気ダークな感じで絶望と希望の狭間みたいな感じでいいなぁと見ていたのが本家を見始めた今、とてつもなくその描写に深い意味があったと知って死ぬほど余韻に浸ってる、すごい。 もうどのシーンもこれをみれば思い出すことができて、何よりたったの3分で全てを表現し切っているのが心の底から尊敬できる。構想力がないと無理だろうなと感じ入った。 素敵な動画、本当にありがとうございました。まだ狐物語を最後まで見れていないので、見終わってからまた見にこようと思います。
