This really proves that the music of Richard D. James is not all about the amazing sounds. When you cut the melodys down to clean simple acustics its stille 100% epic. I have been listening to this cover some times for three years now and i will ceep on doing that. I take my hat of to you sir for doing this beautiful cover and i love what you did with the video.

It's still not seriously complicated, it's 99% rythm in the music that makes Aphex Twin Aphex Twin. You can make whatever sounds as long as they kinda hit the note and frequency (or at least one of the things) and you can ryhtmically hit these sounds, that's all needed for AFX! Just saw this video of some guys chilling in a living room basically covering Vordhosbn using two guitars, some keys, computer, percussion and cheap toy melodica. Bass is your usual guitar, main melody is lead guitar and melodica, and percussion and computer and keys make everything Vordhosbn, it's as bare bones as it could get, and i loved it

Great selection of guitars! It's like you picked them all out as if you were in the oil section at your local art store on a quest for your own unique pallet. Having said that, it's no surprise your musicianship reflects this understanding of the six string in both acoustic and electric forms and that you were able to do such a masterful interpretation of a song that has allowed me to keep the car on the road many times when I struggled not to. I can't even begin to calculate exactly how many hours behind the steering wheel I've spent looping this one Aphex Twin track, roaming far and wide until the bull passed. It is the perfect sublime cross pollination of JS Bach and Brian Eno and still entirely its own thing. Thank you so much for this and especially to Richard James.

@@keithklassen5320I know what equal temperament is. I made that comment (over a year ago) because his high e-string is a few cents flat.
