I am playing both albums so much I think we can hear the other side at the same time!! These albums are SO AWESOME and such a PICK-ME-UP and I have the 500 piece puzzle but think that will go to someone in my Will. I am 72.5 years young and I am like a child on Christmas morning when I watch these videos and when I listen to the albums. OUR EAGLES ARE THE BESTEST!!!!!! I was so shocked and happy to see that Dominick the Donkey was featured on this album! I grew up around the Boston area and that song played religiously at 5/6pm every single night on the Christmas radio stations. I even sang it in chorus in elementary school, so it definitely still holds a special place in my heart. Their rendition is for sure my new favorite 😂

This is a great project. Must feel odd recording Christmas songs in the middle of summer, but I suppose that’s just how it goes. Very cool Jason and Travis made the effort to record their take on that Pogues song,. Shane MacGowan passed right around the time of its release. Just a fabulous gift to the people of Philly and anyone looking for a bit of a lift over the Holidays.
