is fountain ink paper good paper to start with as Manga paper is very expensive?

I’m not sure what kind of fountain pen paper you’re looking at but the good ones are even MORE expensive than manga paper. I think it’s even harder to find B4 size fountain paper which is the recommended size when you draw manga.
