You can't even rely on Zane to be normal because Aphmau made his IQ drop 300 whenever he's around Kawaii Chan. Like, the dude will literally start doing anything she asks of him and be a shit friend if she's involved in any way shape of form. He and characters like Aaron, Travis, etc, were decently made like 4-5 years ago, but now the entire thing is for mindless 3 year olds to watch. As an old Aphmau fan, I can kind of get where she is coming from since this is her job and her views slowly decreased when she was doing the role plays but she didn't need to make it this bad in order to get views.

I don’t know man… as hard as it is to watch her new content as an old viewer I like to keep in mind that her content is no longer tailored to fit me, but to fit children like how I was a child when I’d watch her. She is doing well off with making this content whether we can sit through it or not sooo who’s the real winner in this situation? Definitely her as she is making insane amounts of money, continues to grow everyday, and is now even making products like APPLE JUICE that is sold in stores. I find Ein (blue guy)'s character arc so weird. In her episodic role-plays he was the villain who was obsessed with Aphmau and trying to make her fall in love with him. Later we find out they're half siblings, but even after that was revealed she would have those two characters kissing/cuddling in the thumbnails, it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Aphmau literally shaped my childhood. Her videos back then consisted fully about her original story but in Minecraft, it sparked something inside me to start roleplaying, and create scenarios with my big sister (now brother). I still remember the nostalgia when I was a kid, going home from school, opening up KZbin, typing up Aphmau, and watched the recent episode of minecraft diaries. I would stay up all night rewatching my favorite episodes in Minecraft diaries, then I would come up a story in my head inspired by Aphmau's story. Unfortunately, I got older and became disinterested with Minecraft content in KZbin. I notice that Aphmau's views on her videos during her emerald secret are dwelling too, along with her other stories dream of estora. Also controversy around BluJay studio, everything was a mess during covid. It saddens me she betrayed her old fans that watched her for her minecraft stories, so she could make brain dead contents for kids.

That's real lame, ngl. I love JoJo myself and haven't watched an aphmau vid in years now, but "we don't claim" over harmless cringe? I really am worried that a lot of gen z, kind of like millennials, will be unable to understand that not everything is for them all the time. With the resources or not, with the time or patience or not, creators are allowed to do whatever they choose with their channels. And as far as anybody's aware, Aphmau isn't hurting anyone or herself with cringy videos. I may have liked what little I saw of mystreet, but even as a younger teen I could see that I was growing out of her content. The saddest thing about Aphmaus content is that you have just slowly seen these characters go down the drain. Ein used to be in actually scary character to the point where when he first appeared it was the biggest twist ever and was so for my friends a really scary thing to think of, hell he murdered a good chunk of her characters. Aphmau (the character)a once-upon-a-time actually have a brain in aphmau did once upon a Time actually have a brain in her stories and she did actually have a brain which is shocking now. Zane used to be a great character, one of my personal favorites. And Aaron used to be this cool kinda dorky kid with some serious trauma and now they're all mush for toddlers to watch. Even when she didn't have the time to post her role plays videos, we got genuinely creative content and of all of the voice actors staying in character and giving us extra information! Now if you watch it it's just sad. It's truly a shame to see such a KZbin Icon go down the drain... I just hope she'll give the people who really cared an end to a truly great story that people still keep going back to.

I remember watching all her old series like MyStreet/Phoenix Drop High, Mermaid Tales, My Inner Demons, etc. & her Hide & Seek vids, other one-offs, & most other things. I remember during my earlier years I used to watch her older roleplay series all the time, and some of them are actually pretty decent. Yes, they're not perfect and yes, they're flawed but at the very least they're actually interesting and make sense and in some cases, actually well written. Not to shame her content now of course, I respect anyone who enjoys this kind of content, I mean, from the outside looking in it's really just some fun, poorly written script where the characters are always shouting. But I mean, it's just fun, so I don't see any reason to hate it. That being said, I don't watch her videos anymore since it just doesn't appeal to me. I mean, I remember trying to watch one once and clicked off within the first 3 minutes. After watching an entire one to attempt to understand them, I realised that I actually.... still don't like it.
