Wow it actually looks like your curls were somewhat restored in the front. I have this treatment but I’ve never used it. I think you should keep doing this once a month just in in the damage strands to see if it makes a significant difference

It DEFINITELY made a difference! More uniformity, moisturized, curls clumpier. But honestly I am glad you told us about the frequent post flat ironing, I was getting a bit nervous for my own hair, will get it straightened end of this month and I went through extensive heat damage before! It was like starting to be a natural all over again 😖. Anywayz! I feel your hair will heal before the end of this year if not sooner! And I vote for a gym/fitness video...I would love to see your workout routine!☺️

I definitely see a difference! You're curls definitely got back some elasticity. Interested to see how it improves over time. Girl, you were right in my backyard and didn't say hi, Lol! Loving the consistency!

And your hair looks great a big improvement for just one treatment!

If you don’t like having to do two steps and the consistency, you could try the Green Beauty protein treatment. You just mix it in with a deep conditioner and process it as you normally would 😊 also the Shea moisture JBCO masque is an excellent all around treatment to help restore your hair it really helped me

Judging by the shots of the heat damage from your other video, iuno sis. I don’t think aphogee can fix that. It can help keep the hair strong as you transition out of the heat damage but it can only do so much. You still poppin tho!

Ive used this before and it caused my hair to shed a lot. I stopped using it but I do use the 2 minute protein treatment by Aphogee.

Be careful with this treatment I’ve heard it can be done once every 6 weeks not sooner especially if you’re protein sensitive ❤️

Thank you for the tip; I'm not very familiar with heat damage nor protein treatments so all the education helps. Xo!

How did you get your hair to be so thick and full?
@gen_297victorin75 жыл бұрын
New sub 🙋🏾♀️ I’ve done protein treatments and I’ve learned that if you use a spray bottle and work in small sections, you get really good results. But I can see the results on your hair and I’m in love 😍
