I am not iranian but i am fascinated by iranian cuisine and flavours. I love to explore iranian ingredients and try to recreate a lot of iranian dishes. I crave ghormeh sabzi like a local. I love your series.

Afeen Zainab Authentic Iranian cuisines need Iranian ingredients. You cannot find Iranian herbs and fruits and lamb meat anywhere else. The pomegranate that is used in Fesenjan is a special type which is very very sour, and as far as I know, you cannot find it anywhere else

Kiumars [Iranian Kurd] yes Iranian ingredients are soooo good you’re right but you can find almost everything abroad. But I def agree w you that you need to use Persian pomegranate molasses in Iranian food! 🌸🌸

@@ArianaBundy_Official That is not true. Can you buy fresh toot outside Iran? Can you buy Shatoot outside Iran? NO!
@ArianaBundy_Official5 жыл бұрын
Youre right no you can't but the ingredients to actually cook a meal you can find elsewhere. That's what I like to show people so that Persian food becomes accessible rather than mysterious and out of reach :)

My Heart is bleeding! Such a nice people und country! Known as terorrist because of Ayatollahs!
@zahrarasouli44245 жыл бұрын
With respect, you need to read a little bit more about contemporary politics :-) Iran is accused of being a terrorist only because of the haphazard international laws for who gets to be claimed as a terrorist (a terrorist is one who does violent acts to propagate fear among the innocent civilians, in a non-war time, and Iran certainly does not do such acts). Not a conversation related to food, and not interested in continuing it, but because I felt you said what you said with kindness, I just wanted to give you a better perspective. With peace, and hope you enjoyed the video
