Looking back, I don't really understand when someone does this. Having to camp near plats or the ledge is how you play a matchup (even if this isn't one), but people didn't really see that. Yeah, Kirby can get a lot of of gimps and edgeguards, but then there's dair being way too strong of a spike for how low it reaches, let alone stomp knee, bair or u air

@@seanm323 Based on all available information I can find on Ron, he is not even a Kirby main, he mains Yoshi, has barely been active since 2019 and the only tournament I could find evidence of him winning with Kirby was an online tournament. I think you have your facts wrong. The French player seems to have the best results overall though so he is probably best Kirby in the world followed by jeja

Honestly, I don’t think Falcon’s recovery is as bad as people keep saying. Some deceptively insane air drift and magnet hands, potential to reverse edge guard, and saved him from that near gimp in the last game. Sure not amazing, but far from bad.

its pretty bad, Half the time he has to rely on his opponent save him by accident. Fatality is just so good at making the right call when he goes off stage, so he is not punished for being aggressive. That combined with the fact that most opponents are probably not use to people being so aggressive off stage means that they don't know how to even respond.

@@johnbingham5693 I mean, just relative to other characters, it is easy to exploit and does not cover much distance. Some characters have one of these issues, some have none, falcon has both. feel free to disagree with me but I just don't think it is very good.
