This wasn't the first Kendrick track I heard. But it was the track that made me realize his immense potential. I truly believe that Kendrick might leave the greatest hip hop legacy of all time. He's 3/3 and making all the right moves. Fuckin scary...

When speaking on J. Cole's work on the song, Lamar said, "His production is crazy, man. The first time we locked in, he played about 10 beats. I wanted 11 of 'em."

This was the first Kendrick track I ever heard, just one week after this video dropped and I remember it like it was yesterday. TPAB is an okay album but honestly, Section.80 will ALWAYS be my favourite Kendrick Lamar project.

tpab takes another level of understanding. Im not saying that you cant enjoy it, and Im only assuming. But if you truly like Kendrick, which I'm sure you are, I suggest you give Tpab another listen, with the lyrics in hand of possible. It blew my mind. I think you should give it a shot. Peace brother
