What's different between Telemetry 433 and 915 and which one is better for long range fly ?

433Mhz and 915 Mhz are frequency band ISM. The industrial, scientific and medical (ISM).. 915Mhz is used in the Americas. 433Mhz is used in Europe, Arfican and Middle east. The lower the frequency the better the range.

Is the APM2.8 still relevant today, especially now that Mission Planner has moved on so far ahead while APM2.8 is stuck with the old software due to its outdated hardware..?

I have not tested it but I believe it is one of the best cost-effective options with huge features.

Hello I am having APM 2.8 and the compass is not being calibrated I have tried connecting the wires of external compass to the GPS port and 12c port and also tried after connecting it with the port present at the downside of the GPS port .please help. I have removed the compass jumper in the APM .

Yes of course. Telemetry will send you your GPS location, orientation, direction, voltage and other data.

Yes you can. this could be the best option. You would use position hold to keep the drone at a point or film.

NO. this is flight controller to receive command to from transmitter and control the motors. Then you need to use you computer to send commands to fly it to any GPS location you want. It cant' avoid as there is no hardware or camera to detect obstacle and avoid it.

can we add ultra sonic sensors to it to avoid obstacles?

ultrasonic sensor can be used for short distance of less than 3 meter. If you want 3 m obstacle avoidance, you can do it.

Yes you can. Telemeter is extra feature.

Can I power my apm without power module

yes you can. Just connect your ESC and APM gets power from it.. Power module is to know the level of battery and if you use telemetry it will display the current and voltage and also you can program the APM when the battery capacity reaches certain level, the drone can return automatically before battery runs out.

Hi, this is big question. When you say it is not flying, there could be 100s of issues. Do you get connected via software? When you move your sticks on the remote (Transmitter), do you see the result or change on the computer screen? let me know and I will follow with you.

connection of wires is related to setup. So setup and connection will need multi-part video which was not intended to be done in this video. I will try to a have complete series of videos on APM flight controller.
