Sir if wagon is rake is empty.and brakes are applied many times enroute then every time pressure to BC will be 2.2 but DV sends 3.8 and once the AR of 6.6 litre is full what will hapen to the extra pressure

Vikas ji thank you very much for your question. I will explain the things.When rake is empty 2.2kg/cm2 pressure goes to BC and extra pressure goes to 6.6L Reservoir in Brake Application .But when Brakes are released by exhausting BC pressure to Atmosphere through DV exhaust port same time 6.6L reservoir pressure also exhaust to Atmosphere through DV Exhaust port. So in brake release Both BC and 6.6L air reservoir pressure exhaust to Atmosphere.

Sir it my mistake I speak 3.2 but written 2.2 so 2.2 kg/cm2 is correct.APM (EL 60 valve)is pressure transformer which send 60%of 3.8=2.18kg/cm2 approximately 2.2 kg/cm2 in BC when wagon is empty and remaining in its reservoir tank (capacity-6.6lt).So APM also called EL 60 valve.

No sir, total movement of sensor arm =104mm During maintenance height of sensor arm is set as 96(+1-0) During brake application sensor arm move downward and travel some distance and touches the side frame. If sensor arm movement is under 80 mm it mean wagon is loaded.and if sensor arm movement is more than 80mm then it means wagon is empty .
