Dude don’t get a flat tire, those Allen wrench screws that hold the wheel/motor are weak & sensitive, easy to strip out, then back to the manufacturer it goes cause most scooter shops will not touch Apollo scooters especially the Go….they held my goal for 51 days. I told him to keep it.

Thanks for the heads-up, @PRINCE_175! I’ve heard similar stories about the Allen screws being tricky to work with. That’s something to remember, especially for riders who like to do their own maintenance. Sorry to hear about your experience - 51 days is a long time to wait. I’ll keep an eye on that and share any tips for handling these repairs. Appreciate you sharing your story! 🚴♂⚙

@ I use Loctite thread locker Blue on all 9 of my scooters…. i’ve never seen a screw on a scooter to hold the wheel/motor on….in my 20 yrs of riding/repairing,and easily strips out, don’t get me wrong I love that scooter very light and zippy,no long distance but go 4 very short distances

Thanks for the heads up. I am leaning towards the upcoming Segway G3 instead.

@@calgary2800 Glad i was able to help you lean one way or the other. What made you decide on the Segway G3 over the Apollo Go?

@GiovanniHale I have a G2 and completely happy except for it hill climbing abilities. I am selling my motorcycle and have some funds ready for an additional scoot. But limited to 1k to 1,100 max. But i don't is going to be that low when it is out later.
