Amen! Islam states that the Gospel is a corruption of true Islamism. This means the Allmighty God was not able to prevent this corruption! (Only Allah was able to keep the Quran uncorrupted). It is either one which is corrupted or not. There is only one Allmighty God who is not guilty of allowing corruption. Difference of opinion is caused by humans, not by God. One of my favorite Quran verses is that one about humanity's greed. It's something like "If Adam had a valley of gold, he would long for a second." or "If Adam had two valleys of gold, he would long for a third." or "Adam wouldn't be satisfied if he did have a valley of gold". I don't really know the exact verse because it's missing from the Quran and the hadithes, which specifically recall it as one of the few verses still kinda remembered from a surah that people mostly forget, don't quite agree on what it says.

8:25 As a christian I do not agree with the statement that the Quran calls Jesus "The word" or "The spirit of God". To me it seems more that the Quran says Jesus is a messenger of God's word(while not BEING the word) and brings God's spirit to Mary(While still not BEING the word) as a gift from God. So the Quran calling Allah "We" is absurd, it should be "I", but that is not often used. (He also calls Himself a "He" if the Quran is really His speech, which means the Quran as Allah's literal words must be a polemical line. But we should know that anyway because of the many errors and contradictions.)

Honestly I was thinking about this the other day when I reflected on the verses about Jesus being “the word of Allah sent down to Mary and a spirit from him” I imagine the demon that spoke to Muhammad all excited to spew lies about Jesus and suddenly convulsing violently, only to then say that Jesus is in fact the word of Allah and a spirit from him.
