My man and I (we've been together for 13 going on 14 years) rescued our kitty Buddy 10 years ago and he's the most perfect angel on the planet even when he's being a brat, I can never be mad at him! He's literally the sweetest and best cat I've ever had in my entire life and I've had a lot of cats in my life but he's been the best one! I hope he's got another 10 years left in him because I'll definitely be devastated the day he passes away! He's so smart too! He saved my man's life once (long story) but if it wasn't for Buddy alerting me to the fact that he wasn't just sleeping but was actually unconscious, my man wouldn't be alive today! He also loves to sleep on top of me every night and cuddle! I'm not really a dog person but I did love my parent's dog Codi who lived to be almost 16 years old and he was such a sweet and gentle dog. Addicts tend to struggle with this particular vicious cycle - binge, cleanse/purge and then downplay how much they’ve had when they take things too far. Sometimes they don’t factor in when they purposefully drink on an empty stomach and are already emotionally distressed, along with not factoring in prescription medications. Some celebrities can’t, won’t and don’t grow out of self sabotage no matter how successful they are so hopefully it diminishes with time for Tana 🙏 I’m thinking it will because she doesn’t hide behind a persona like performers easily can and do (actors, actresses, musicians, entertainers, etc.) She’s not able to morph or escape who she is, which is a good thing 👌

Tana or anyone reading this. I’m a recovering alcoholic who’s been sober for a month. After a streak of 5 months being sober. I would drink around 2-3 bottles of wine almost every night for 2 years. Being sober is so hard the first two weeks then after that your body and mental health begin to bloom. Fall backs and relapses means searching for more help and resources to maintain sobriety. Always dust your shoulders and keep trying otherwise you will fall in such a deep darkness. Idk what you’ve been through but I can imagine it’s a lot. I drank alcohol to deal with trauma and after losing my best friend. You can strive Tana 💕 please try to look after yourself

@@emmmahezw Before Covid happened I used to be drunk every single day at work and on my days off, like going through a bottle of barcadi drunk, and then the moment Covid happened I couldn't work anymore so I didn't drink the next day since my stressor was gone and I haven't had a drop of alcohol since because I feel no need to and it's been incredible. No part of me wants to go back to that and once you're out of it and remove the thing that's making you want to drink, it's super easy to stop. I was scared of withdrawals but I felt great from the moment I stopped to this day and I have no cravings whatsoever. Easiest thing I probably ever quit and Covid probably saved me in so many different ways ironically.

Being pregnant was an experience I would never take back, but I had an adoptive child first and I don’t think I ever want to be pregnant again. It was hard and made me feel psycho despite being healthy and having an easy pregnancy. So I think I will be adopting the third child I’ve always wanted. I don’t necessarily think being pregnant is necessary for bonding at all. I love my kids both so incredibly much❤️

Tana I say this with love coming from someone with a binge drinking disorder who has been sober for almost two years. You trying so hard to rationalize that the steamys would have been as bad regardless of the “two shots” prior means you should run so far in the opposite direction from alcohol and never look back. I will even give you the benefit of the doubt and say it was two shots. If your body is reacting that way after two shots it’s likely because you had drank a ton the day prior and were nursing a withdrawal. Mix in nerves and you can disassociate in ways that present themselves as blackout drunk. I’m telling you at this point consider it an allergy to alcohol. It’s not working for you and will only get worse. I used to rationalize fuck ups saying I didn’t drink that much I was just nervous. And sometimes that was true. But it was because I would have periods of binge drinking that would wreck my nervous system that had effects lasting sometimes up to two weeks. Get cleansed and stay cleansed and life will be cushy I can promise you that
