It's a technique where you cancel the startup frames of a Super with Purple Roman Cancel. The invincibility frames of the Super allow you to effectively do any action on wake-up and not worry (too much) about being interrupted. Think of it like a DP, except you can throw, or mash, or whatever. The invincibility frames end once the PRC begins, but it's almost always enough time anyways. The technique is commonly just referred to as Super PRC. Because the Super ends before its active frames start, the meter isn't used, and is instead used for PRC, letting you do the technique with just 50 meter. Any character that has access to an invincible Super with long startup can do it (Goldlewis, Testament, even Johnny).
