Reducing shoppers pay during Christmas is not cool. A constantly changing pay rate is not cool. Shoppers keep 100% of their tips, but our batch pay is reduced when someone tips well. This is the same as stealing tips. Merry Christmas!

Yes I notice it too that pay amount is less. I thought it was just me who have a 100% acceptance rate. They can see and hear what we doing and then they try to control our moves.. If you are near another shopper you both will see different batches These is unfair labor for full service shop. There needs to be deadhead pay for the full service shoppers 50 cent per mile. You are growing you meeds to share the wealth with those who makes you the billionaire that you are.

Pay a decent wage to your workers. When they use their own credit card to buy groceries for instacart customers have some decentcy and reimburse them.
