Instacart claims to make deliveries as quick and easy as possible. But what often ends up happening is that more changes are introduced to the app that make the Shoppers life difficult. For example, Shoppers have to walk around the store looking for a weighing scale when there isn't one available. So what is a shopper supposed to do, go to the register every time they want to weigh a bag of apples?

It sounds like they took an over enthusiastic MBA project too seriously...this idea is non pragmatic and will never replace the grocery shopping experience.

@@bandzprod Stop hating. You don't start a business thinking that once in a lifetime pandemic will strike and will bring demand. That's just a bad business strategy. I think last year was a wake-up call to all the gig economy businesses that don't have a path to profit and only some user base. I think I'm vindicated to a certain extent.
