To the uni grad: I graduated college a year ago (which was also a year early) in the middle of my industry having a double strike. You’re going to feel lost no matter the circumstances and THATS OKAY. EVERYONE ELSE ALSO FEELS LOST AND CONFUSED AND SCARED NO MATTER WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA TELLS YOU. Grieve the 15 or so years you just spent in academia! That’s a major loss. Plus, chances are you dormed away from home, and even if you didn’t, you built a life in university over years and you’re losing that. You or your friends or both might be moving away from home, university, and each other. That’s terrifying! But it’s also okay! Relish in the new, and trust yourself that you’ve gotten through so many hard and confusing times, you can get through this. Nothing in life is permanent and you can almost always change your mind about what you want to do or what you want in life ❤

Guys, we're only two weeks away from Inside Out 2 coming out and I have avoided trailers all year to. I'm gonna go back and watch every single one of your Inside Out videos. I 100% think there's going to a tenth emotion like you guys. I don't see any reason why there wouldn't a counterpart for Joy. I'd be very surprised if there's not, unless Joy is the embodiment of all the emotions. But, I'm mostly excited for Riley's arc in the film. As a former teenager girl myself, I'm excited for her teenage arc to unfold.

In real life, strings on violins and other stringed instruments can break kind of at random (usually in response to temperature changes), so Kvothe's breaking lute string doesn't really need an explanation.

Jonathan, since you're getting into Dragon Ball, I recommend looking into the TCG. It's obviously not as popular as Pokemon and it doesn't have an online version (You can practice on the app), but it's still a lot of fun and might even be worth just collecting the cards.

Mind-warping realizations about generational perceptions of phones: What food item most resembles a phone? As a millennial (and previous generations with phones), the easy answer is banana. Later generations, it is now a pop-tart. Also, when millennials (or older) mime talking on the phone with your hand, you act like you are holding a landline in your hand, and then extend the thumb to your ear and the pinky to your mouth. A younget generation will probably just hold their flat hand against their face (fingers pointed toward the ear, and heel of the hand at the mouth)

I dont know where else this goes but listening on youtube music the pods have lately been doing a wierd back skip. For this one they finished talking about NOTW and were moving on then is skipped back a bit previous and played again. I assume its not been edited this way. A couple episodes have had this happen.

People hate DBZ Kai cuz it also changed the music from the OG DBZ that people loved, also some voice actors are different, and it censored a lot of the more violent shots (blood and such). It also doesn't adapt the Buu saga for some reason 🤔

The gen z habit of using spear phone in public pisses me off: it shows a disregard/disrespect for those around them. We have all this tech, with no etiquette/ethics learned along with it.
