Hellooooo media team. Please please please do better with publicity. Please. I'm telling you that there are people who still don't know that there will be a meeting in California in the next few days. The information is usually posted only once on this channel and that's it. No subsequent announcement or anything. Some of us try to get the word out there, but it's not the same like when it's from this page. I observed that in some of the previous programs, there were empty spaces in the auditorium, meanwhile people would keep commenting that they didn't know that Apostle was holding a program in their city, and they would have done anything to be there if they knew. I'm pleading with the media team, it's time to step up! Frequent publicity for each city where Apostle stops will go a long way. God bless you❤

My Notes: 2024 CROSSOVER SERVICE WITH DR AROME OSAYI || RCN CALIFORNIA || 31ST DECEMBER 2024 Pastor Dimeji Okewole Introduction Theme: Thanksgiving and God's Mercies Pastor Dimeji Okewole’s message focused on reflecting on God’s mercies and goodness throughout the past year. He encouraged the congregation to prioritise gratitude to God for His faithfulness and sustaining power as they step into the new year. Key Scriptures: Lamentations 3:22-23 - “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Psalm 126:1-2 - “When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing…” Purpose: The sermon was a call to thanksgiving for God's mercies that have carried us through the past year. Pastor Dimeji encouraged believers to reflect on God’s goodness and enter the new year with a sense of gratitude and renewed commitment to Him. Main Teachings Reflecting on God’s Mercies Life itself is evidence of God’s mercies: We are not consumed because His mercies are new every morning. Thanksgiving is the appropriate response to God's faithfulness. Recognising His hand in our preservation should lead us to worship and gratitude. Crossing Over with Gratitude Entering the new year with a heart of thanksgiving ensures that we do not take God’s blessings for granted. Referencing Psalm 126, Pastor Dimeji compared God’s miraculous intervention in the lives of His people to a dream, highlighting the joy and awe that follow divine breakthroughs. Teach Us to Number Our Days Psalm 90:12 - “Teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” Wisdom begins with an understanding of the brevity of life. Pastor Dimeji encouraged the congregation to seek God’s guidance in using their time wisely and purposefully in the coming year. Returning to God God desires to “return” to His rightful place in our lives. Pastor Dimeji urged the congregation to pray for realignment with God’s will and purpose. This involves repentance and a renewal of commitment to God, allowing Him to dwell fully in our hearts and guide our steps. Dr. (Apostle) Arome Osayi Introduction Theme: Living by the Word of God and Fulfilling Purpose Apostle Arome’s message focused on the need to live by God’s Word and align with His eternal purpose. Using the account of Jesus' temptation in the wilderness, he emphasised that life is not about physical sustenance or worldly pursuits but about fulfilling God's will. Key Scriptures: Matthew 4:4 - “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” John 1:1-4 - “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… In him was life; and the life was the light of men.” Ephesians 1:3-6 - “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ…” Purpose: Apostle Arome aimed to inspire believers to move beyond existence to truly living by the Word of God. He challenged the congregation to align themselves with God’s plan and fulfil their divine purpose. Main Teachings The Principle of Living Living by the Word: Drawing from Matthew 4:4, Apostle Arome explained that humanity is designed to live by the Word of God. Life is meaningless without alignment with God's spoken Word. Jesus’ Temptation: He unpacked Satan’s first temptation of Jesus, which sought to make Him act independently of God. This was presented as a temptation to prioritise physical needs over spiritual alignment. Believers were encouraged to evaluate whether they are truly living according to God’s Word or merely existing. Alignment with Eternal Purpose True life begins when believers discover and live according to God’s purpose for them. Apostle Arome shared his personal testimony of encountering Jesus, who gave him a specific calling to deliver youth from destruction. He referenced Psalm 90:12, encouraging believers to pray for wisdom to align their lives with God’s eternal plan. The Administration of Christ Chosen in Him: Referencing Ephesians 1:3-6, he explained that God’s blessings are preordained and located in Christ. To access these blessings, believers must align themselves with the administration of Christ. Spiritual Allocations: All spiritual blessings are stored in Christ’s “trust fund” and can only be accessed by those who live in alignment with Him. Fulfilling God’s Pleasure True living is found in fulfilling God’s pleasure. Apostle Arome stressed that every believer’s life should bring God satisfaction, as Jesus’ life did. Jesus was the ultimate example of living for God’s pleasure, and believers are called to emulate Him. Living Beyond the Flesh Apostle Arome called for a “crossover” in mindset, where believers prioritise spiritual pursuits over worldly desires. He cautioned against becoming distracted by materialism and urged the congregation to pursue alignment with God above all else. Practical Applications From Pastor Dimeji Okewole: Begin the year with thanksgiving: Write down specific things you are grateful for and offer heartfelt praise to God. Pray for wisdom to number your days and live with purpose in 2025. Allow God to “return” to His rightful place in your life by recommitting to Him and His Word. From Apostle Arome Osayi: Meditate daily on the Word of God to receive personal Rhema (revelation). Seek to discover God’s eternal plan for your life and align with it. Ask God to awaken and activate the spiritual gifts He has placed within you. Evaluate whether your current pursuits reflect God’s will or your own ambitions. Illustrations and Examples From Pastor Dimeji Okewole: Reflected on God’s faithfulness in sustaining His people through challenges in the past year. Used Psalm 126 to illustrate the joy and awe that come from experiencing God’s intervention. From Apostle Arome Osayi: Shared his personal encounter with Jesus, where he was given a specific mandate to minister to youth. Used the metaphor of life as a script written in eternity, emphasising the importance of aligning with God’s preordained plan. My Key Takeaways From Pastor Dimeji Okewole: Gratitude is the proper response to God’s mercies and faithfulness. Seeking God’s wisdom is essential for living purposefully in the coming year. From Apostle Arome Osayi: True living begins when we align ourselves with God’s Word and purpose. Christ is the administrator of all spiritual blessings, and we must remain in Him to access those blessings.

The person behind the camera for this service was either too distracted or very amateur. Either way, they should be properly guided, it was quite distracting and upsetting watching the service. It’s Jesus we are serving, we should take it seriously and try to be as perfect as possible in the place of service.
