This teaching sounds like sound doctrine. My only question is how do we deal with matt 12:28 and mark 3.27 pls?

Those passages are referring to demons. There is a difference between binding and casting out demons and, according to Ephesians 6, wrestling with principalities. Ephesians 6 instructs us to overcome principalities by taking the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, and praying with all perseverance for the saints.
