In Luke 15 Jesus told us a wonderful story of a Father and his sons. We all know the younger son who got all his share of his father’s wealth and set off for a distant country and spent them in wild living. When the son lost everything and in fact longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating he realised his mistake and came back to father. He was coming back to his father thinking at least he could be a servant in his father’s house. We know that how his father reacted to see him again and how he celebrated his return (Repentance). We all can relate this story in our life and we all have been that younger son who gone astray from his sonship position. Even though we make some wrong choices and wander away from our Father Jesus Christ He still loves us so much and run to us when we come back to Him. I just loved this story and mediates often, that’s when God has helped me to compose this song. The hero of the story is the Father who unconditionally love the son no matter how far he had gone away. Our good God and Savior Jesus Christ long for us to come back to Him no matter how far we have gone,still He wants to forgive us, wash us with His blood and want us to be with Him forever. He is such a loving and caring Father.
