I agree with Just Jon Outdoors about the bear. Not a cub but probably weaned and pushed away by mother bear not to long ago. You gave me a good laugh about having not telling what Geocaching Kaity found in the box.

I'm a class of 2019 thru hiker. Very cool of those people to have that set up. When I hiked through there a hiking club from Asheville was set up at the road just before Max Patch making Fajitas and other good things. This last summer your channel was suggested to me. I watched the first 2 days on trail and this week you were suggested again by YT. So I've been chipping away at your videos this week. I haven't watched any hiking videos this year. I've been enjoying yours.

Yay. Gosh, Fajitas would have been fantastic too.

Food, food, food! The farther you hike the more it drives you. I hiked 34 miles into Damascus with thoughts of a burger when I got there. Just made it in time for one. I love to see the Trail and your adventures, thanks.

The tower you saw is a VOR. This is a navigational device for aircraft. Really enjoying your videos and your super positive attitude.

How cool to see the hostel's mascot, even if it had wandered a bit, and even better not to have seen it from too close. Glad you reached the spaghetti feed in time. Is the hiking (especially the descents) getting any easier after a few weeks on trail? Thanks for posting.
