Luxury shopping in London is great, especially shopping at Gucci, Dior, Chanel & Louis Vuitton!! You never know what you'll find on a luxury shopping spree!! I love the new Bottega Veneta Teen Pouch in chlorophyll and my dream Fendi Peekaboo Mini with the embroidered flowers!! Another highlight was the Louis Vuitton Micro Alma - they still don't have any Louis Vuitton Nano Speedy models in stock. Stay tuned for my luxury shopping haul next week - can you guess what items I bought? Maybe something from Dior - a Dior Saddle Bag, a Dior Book Tote or another Lady Dior - what do we think about the new Dior Toujours Bag? I'm in love with the micro Lady Dior!! I had trouble with them when an item was in worse condition than described .. once I fought hard to return and succeeded , second time (another item) they refused. I got Some good Stuff on there, the purchase that disappointed me was my final .. I d say be careful with non commercial sellers VC is not good with buyer rights from those and will disadvantage the buyer like they did with me. they did recognize a fake bag once and cancelled the purchase for me so That was better than my other experience

My hair got thicker for about 7 years when I turned 55. I recently realized I was eating a lot of Jello by making Knox Blox. Half the hot water and half the cold water. Doing it again at 70. We will see. Love this blog.

I just used regular Jello (large box), instead of 2 cups boiling water I use 1, then stir till dissolved. Then pour in 1 cup cold water (I keep in my frig). Stir then put in frig. I use a 9x9 in pan. Once it’s set I cut up in squares and put it in a container with a lid. Recipe came out in the 60s for mothers to put in kids lunches, it’s firmer. I see that the company took the recipe off the box after decades of being on it so if you buy a small box do half the hot and half the cold water. I’ve been doing it again for a month and it looks like it’s working again. I love the cherry flavor best.

@@lesliereynolds4492 nice thanks! I need to check out what comes closest to US jello (i am thinking little bags of gelatine in Europe ) .. I used to use grass fed beef gelatine powder and experimented with it quite a bit some 10 years ago for instance I used vanilla soy milk and made cubes similar to what you describe in consistency to eat as a sort of gelatine pudding or I cut it into Smaller cubes into A bowl of cereal.. I did it for bone and joint health but wonder if it is similar to The effect you describe for Hair. I will copy your recipe 😊 thank you!! Haven’t seen anything cherry anywhere but there might be more options in the us .. cherry juice with gelatine powder might be similar ?

I sell on Vestiaire and sometimes buyers are also the worst which never gets mentioned. I sold some trousers which were brand new and were sent back by the buyer in a shoddy bag. I was so mad cos it was sent in a really nice package and nobody told me what was wrong.I sold them a couple of weeks later and sent an email to the first buyer cos i was still so mad!

Until I was 15 I only ever had bangs cut yeah at that time straight bangs were in style and I had my hair down to my ankles. I mostly wore my hair down past my shoulders. I will be 55 on July 9th and my hair is still down past my hips. My biological father had red hair my mother has a recessive albino trait with platinum blonde hair.II still don't have any gray hair and I'm back to wearing my hair down to my hips. Good to know the business practices at VC. Also kind of shocked to see high end merch i.e channel at TJ maxx. It almost doesn't make the product unique and different anymore.... especially when they are practically giving it away at such prices. Hi Romina! First of all, you look absolutely gorgeous with your new lipstick and love that dress. Your hair looks very silky and beautiful as well. As for Vestiairie, I had a new disaster with them years ago with a pair of Christian Louboutin Daffodiles that were pre-loved. They wanted $900 USD when I could have purchased them new for $1,095 USD I could not see the bottom of the shoe so asked them to post better photos! OMG! the red lacquer was destroyed! No way were they worth that kind of money. I also tell people to steer clear of them. I do not trust them!

We have Homesense here in Canada which has home decor and I always find awesome stuff there. It's funny you got your hair done cause I'm going next Thursday to get mine done! lol. There are allot of people having problems with VC and people not authenticating things properly. That's why Chanel is fighting this in court so they will be the only ones who can authenticate their bags!

I had a similar bad experience with Vestiaire Collective as well. I was sent a pochette with a spoilt zip and the condition was terrible. I can’t believe it went through checks at all, don’t talk about authentication. When I raise a dispute with VS, they said they couldn’t refund and ask me to re-list it. How ridiculous. I won’t sell garbage to another buyer and get bad reviews. How terrible is the whole VS system. My second purchase was okay thankfully but I’m always afraid. 😢

I have mostly ok Experience with VC as I only buy vintage prada shirts that rarely get counterfeited but there are fake ones esp miu miu if something is too cheap and too common then something is shady. The images also can tell you something

My first purchase on Vestiaire was a Polene Cyme bag. I got it after it went to them & it smelled so bad of smoke! The listing said nothing about a smell. When I got the bag & asked the seller she said she didn’t smoke. I was so upset. The bag went to VC why didn’t they recognize the strong smell. I had such a hard time with them. I will NEVER go back to them again!!!

VC overcharge buyers. I live in South Africa so my credit card is not in $,€ or £. They inflate the rate and then they charge me 70% for duties! The maximum in my country is 45%, which is already extremely high. Try to speak to someone? Forget it! Such a pity there are some nice vintage Chanel listed on VC but the experience is horrible!

I wonder if they are using AI to authenticate the items on VC. A lot of companies are using AI because they don't want to pay humans these days. In fact, as I was listening to you I came across a website for gorgeous vintage dresses but something was off, and then I realised that all of the dresses were generated by AI. I can tell because I have played with AI generated images myself. It's very lazy of them, and it is what is known by internet nerds as "ensh**tification".

VC is actually quite strict with their listings these days and fun fact , I’ve bought a bvlgari bag once and the strap disengaged after a few uses and that that was store bought. Not fair Romina ‼️

This bag was never made by Bvlgari. Stitching, proportions, hardware details & plastic eyes are clear give-aways on top of that. It's a python bag listed as pony-hair. Do you want someone to fall for this?
