I just laugh at these and say to them, "I met my best friend from a video game. I surpassed depression because of a video game." I plan to just be a cool dad, be proud of my kid, help him when he needs it, give him affection, and be proud of his achievements (whether it is from a game or in real life because I never really had a dad when I grew up). It be fun to teach him lots of things too!

Y e s, I am a HUGE introvert. And the only way I actually talk to people is over games, I have so many great friends that I can call up and we can play games for hours without a care in the world. Talking to people online is easy for me unlike doing it to actual people standing infront of me, most people don't understand that I can feel like myself online and not care what people think of me. It has improved things about me, yeah I play games for a long time. But if someone tells me to get off I will. Video games aren't satanic, they're a way to make new amazing people.

Piggy Mkcool Opioids are plaguing America due to a number of things, like availability, romanticization of depression, and general pyschiatric practice of "Oh, you're sad. Here's seratonin in a pill now get out". Xanax is a good example, and in my home state (West Virginia), you can shake a pill bottle outside and see the backwoods addicts ooze out of the forest. It's a normal thing for people outside a medium or culture to not understand things IN that culture, but it's another to demonize it and shift blame of modern societal issues without substantial evidence or rationale. We're all boomers now, in fact I find myself waking up with my fridge open - and my hand on a Monster Zero. Gives me coniptions.

My brother introduced me to some of his friends from school on the Xbox 360 and we’ve been playing and have become real life friends for 6 years.
