In Rule 22(4) the words "Notice to the other parties". My question is that = Is it the duty of Appellate court to send notice to the original Appellant too or not....?

No they r taking about the person means appellant whose appeal was dismissed or he has withdrawn his appeal

What is the limitation period for filing first appeal arising from original decree.

For appeal, in case of a decree passed by lower court in civil suit, the limitation is : Appeal to High Court - 90 days from the date of decree Or order. Appeal to any other court - 30 days from the date of Decree or order.

sir under r. 10 why will the appellant pay for the expences of the respondant to the court ? what is meant by cost of appeal ot the original suit ? he already pays the ocurt fees at the beginning why presentation of the plaint ..... then what is this cost ?

In case if appellate loses the case, he have to pay all the costs to the responded incurred by him during the whole proceeding , so for this reason usually court already have sumbitted the security from appellate , so that it could compensate the responded from that security ..
