How long does it take for direct review docket to be worked? Letter said under 365 was the goal, it’s been 18 months now for me

Also under the “argument” portion can a mis diagnosis discovered after the NOD be addressed to have a remand for a new C&P to explore the proper diagnosis? Example; neuropathic nerve damage resulting from radiation treatments for head and neck cancer (granted service connected) instead of the original claim for arthritis?

Went to my c&p for throat conditions but I needed gastrointestinal dbq. I uploaded all treatment records, buddy leters before. Can the va reschedule my c&p and not make me file a new claim and possibly lose my efective date.

I had a VA Law Judge video hearing 12 months ago. It still says "YOUR CASE IS WAITING TO BE SENT TO A VA LAW JUDGE. Should this be the status if I had a hearing a year ago?

@@kitana370 Yes, that is the proper status if you are waiting for a judge to decide your case. So far it's been 18 months since I talked to the judge. VA.GOV still shows 65,000 in front of me. I told my wife to dig me up and tell me what they decided.

So the VA gave ne 0 on 3 issues (said hasn't affected me enough) 3 denials, one on ny back and neck and added that I was a fitness trainer at one point. And will make my PTSD decision on May 15th. They're just a joke
