In order to solve the problems of parents, Aditya should given following suggession. Adolescent children should be given proper counselling. The guidance by parents, teachers and elders is the best method for the managements of adolescent problems. The energy of adolescent should be utilised activities other than academics Le. sports, dance, social function etc. This helps in the development of their motor skills and in harmonising the personality of an adolescent. Family members and all elders must try to understand the problems of adolescent. They should be symphathetic and affectionate towards them and must try to build a relationship with them. • Parents must recognise the opinions and views of adolescent. Parents should not scold them in front of others. Adolescent should be provided proper sex education, so that they deal with all the sex related issues. Moreover, religious and moral education is very important for managing adolescents. .Adolescent should be provided suitable environment for growth and development.
