Hei was +15 on f+4 crouched hit in Tekken 7, I think. He could get d/f+1,2 guaranteed in such a situation. Devil Kazuya had the same property on his and he could get a full launch with either d/f+1,2 or even an EWGF since it was hitting mid when he was transformed. That stance cancel is similar to Jin's ability to do so with Zenshin (which you had to do to stay safe if you couldn't do the CH f+4 combo without going into ZEN - not necessary in this game since the pickup after CH f+4 is extremely basic).

I think Hei's 3,4 wouldn't connect after f4 on crouched, so it might have been exactly +13.

It was only +13 as d/f+1,2 is 13f for Heihachi, but 15f for Kazuya

all you have to do is UB, after the DF, to cancel Jin’s Breaking Step. it’s a more awkward input, sure, but Jin can still Zen Cancel. it is still functional, still useful, and can be mixed in with traditional CDS cancels, and Wavu still

the only difficult thing to do is when you're going to do a f4 to stance, and the opponent gets counterhit and lies on the ground, you can't really react fast enough to do either a stomp or a 2 mid launcher

Hei having Jin's zen cancels is so hilarious. Tbh at this point they just need to rework Jin completely with 2.0 cause his current state is a joke.
