I should've used F+4 as a better example for the Stance Cancelling section in the video but the method I use is explained down below. X move goes into stance: D+F --> Back = Beats Highs and Mids D+F --> D+F = Beats Lows and Highs

Most of these can be applied to Tekken 8 in general. Like not losing the round without using heat and realigning and changing your timing etc. Great stuff, keep doing more tips and guides Joka.

Joka, could you please make a "neutral strategy" with heihachi? i think its a super undermentioned aspect of his gameplay. as almost every tutorial always only mentions his "key moves" and such. but never what to do in the neutral

I just use df1,1 and df1,2 other options just suck against ssteping oponnents

Adding to what the @crazy911wman said - b2 and alternating between charge versions works well, especially the fully charged version into stance. People used to the stance comming out of heat smash will usually not expect this and usually messes with them, b2 is really underrated. Just don't spam it too much.

I’m still getting used to how much Heihachi has changed, I don’t get to play all the time sadly, this guide was helpful regarding the stance cancels and what moves actually let him go into stance, Heihachi will always be what makes Tekken so good so love videos like this, if there’s any wall setups, tricks or things that work against specific characters I’d love to see it but overall great content Ty for uploading.

Also what people forget wind god kamae after getting canceled into crouch dash makes every ewgf a real ewgf. So if you guess that they will high interrupt you can go for f3 d df 2 and launch them with real ewgf
