🙋‍♀️ | My name is Apple, and I moved to New York state a few years ago. I live with my grandmother. When we first came to the United States, we faced some language barriers, and because we weren't very attractive, we didn't have any dates. We were often teased at school because of our appearance.
🌤 | One day, I stumbled upon a channel and became obsessed with its funny storyline. During my summer break, I binge-watched all of their content and had a great time. I'm a big fan of that channel, and I often hit the like button and comment my thoughts and feelings within the community.

I like the voice of the lady who plays the mother. It really has a sense of entitlement to it when she playing this type of of part.

Manipulation and punching back. The mock and destroy the child's self esteem and being able to to stand on their own. And the child will run themselves ragged to try and get the parents approval. The parent thinks this way the child will do what ever they want and they get free slave who will pay for them.

Good morning to all, just to drop a small comment.l loved the story. That mother was just terrible and the sister too. Like they say like mother, like daughter. I'm glad the good daughter went to live far away and disowned them. Good story, thanks.❤

My mom always tried to get her mother's applroval while she was alive. But she wasn't as bad as this mother. Her mother always favored her other daughter who was useless. It sounds harsh I know but she lived with their mom and promised to take care of their elderly mom but ended up being taken care of by her mother. My mom always had a job, with an education and self-sufficient with an amazing husband but it never made a difference. I wasn't sad when her mother passed away but I'm glad mom isn't continuously being put down anymore.

Come on girl, if you applied the energy apent begging your mother to love you to your job, think where you would be. If you have to beg for love, you willnot get it because they do not have any to give. It is not a slur at you, they only love themselves and someone who works THAT hard at putting someone else down is because they lack something, needing to knock someone down so they can see themselves as better. Too bad it willnot woork.

2:50 in is where I hung up on my Dad. No accomplishment could erase "you're a bad daughter, a bad mother, a bad wife". He said this litany EVERY time we talked. None of which he knew anything about. It felt good. He died 40 years later and I felt free. No I didn't even hear about the funeral. No loss. I'm sorry to hear this is common enough that stories are written about it.

NO kids DO NOT have to send money to their parents. I am your mother since when? Lady YOU pretty much said your daughter was a piece of crap and you didn't want her as a daughter anymore. I really hate it when parents assume that just because their kid becomes rich or marries rich that that money belongs to them too. Karma is such a beautiful thing isn't it mommy dearest?

I have a suggestion. When it says "Next day", "Next Week", or "3 month later" or any time passage, could those parts be read out loud? I usually listen without watching the screen. Those parts being audible would be wonderful. I wouldn't have to either guess or come to the video & rewind/pause to see that part.

I used to send my mom 1000 Dollars a month then she complained to me it wasn't enough. I had to budget to send her that money. Now she's angry because i stopped sending her any money. My sister told me she was going to the casino with that money hoping to win a big jackpot on slot machines. Now she doesn't want to talk to me or see me ever again, she told me she doesn't associate with poor people :/
