Don't worry, that is completely normal. Actually, it is a feature. If you select a text and press hard it gonna display a number of options. You can even turn it off from the settings of trackpad named force click.

Hey I wanted to ask. Are the AirPods 4 ANC usable in public transport or auto rickshaw etc. I don’t care about FULL noise stopping but is it good enough to hear words in podcast clearly for example? I use the AirPods 2nd gen and even with full sound it’s not good enough for this.
