4. Detoxify I'm sure those of you raising children are struggling with snacks.
I've racked my brains to come up with something that can be made in 4 minutes from old recipes
Ingredients: 20 x 25 cm tray
1-2 apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons raisins
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons mirin
40 grams rice flour
1 cup brown rice bread crumbs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
About the Smile Apron Channel
I believe that Japanese people should eat as Japanese people, which leads to good health.
I want to cherish the four seasons of Japan, so I use ingredients that are appropriate for the season. Winter ingredients warm the body, and summer ingredients cool the body, creating a body that is appropriate for each season, so I value the sense of the seasons.
The amounts of ingredients and seasonings are only a guide. Please taste and create your own taste.
Based on the teachings of my mentor, Yuriko Tojo, I have been holding cooking classes with mothers who are raising children, cherishing the blessings of nature and the sun.
I basically refer to the videos of Toshiaki Yoshino.
Fourth item: No flour, oil, sweeteners, or dairy products.
*I used to be a lecturer on natural yeast bread, and I have experienced my health getting worse, so I avoid wheat gluten.
*How to handle oil
I do not use oils extracted by squeezing or adding chemicals.
Most oils are unnatural because they separate the oil from the rest of the food and only use that oil. They do not conform to the ancient Japanese teaching of the whole thing, so I do not use them.
I do use things that have been used in Japan since ancient times, such as sesame seeds and walnuts, but I avoid using them every day.
Unlike sesame oil, sesame paste is a whole thing, so I use it occasionally as a treat.
*Sweetness
I have learned a lot about sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. from Tojo Sensei, so I do not use them.
For mirin, I use a small amount of real mirin.
As for the sweetness of vegetables, I want to value the perspective of the blessings of nature, so I do eat seasonal vegetables when they are in season. However, I don't think it's okay to eat a lot of one thing.
*Dairy products
I learned this from Professor Yuriko Tojo and have always tried to avoid it. However, as for soy milk, I sometimes use it because I was developing dishes for children. I try to use soy milk purchased from a natural food store.
Note)
For those who are trying to strictly follow the instructions of Professor Toshiaki Yoshino, there are some recipes that may not be suitable, so please take that into consideration.
*The ingredients used here are almost all free of the five toxins.
I have been eating a natural diet for 35 years, so I don't buy ingredients from regular supermarkets.
I order organic vegetables five times a month. Other than that, I buy fresh vegetables at Fujisawa City JA
Fresh fish is available at a nearby supermarket, frozen seafood is available at natural food co-ops, and safe and secure products
