APPLE CAKE | BIZCOCHO DE MANZANA by Spanish Cooking

Today I want to share a very easy recipe that comes out great with very little effort. This apple cake has few ingredients and due to its moisture, lasts for days.
INGREDIENTS:
-125 gr plain yoghurt
-3 eggs
-150 gr sugar
-200 gr flour
-1 sachet baking powder
-cinnamon powder
- 100 gr vegetable oil (olive oil, sunflower oil, etc)
-2 apples in cubes (save half for cutting slices for decoration)

Hoy quiero compartir una receta muy sencilla que sale genial con muy poco esfuerzo. Este bizcocho de manzana tiene pocos ingredientes y debido a su humedad, seguirá bueno durante días.
INGREDIENTES:
-125 gr yogur natural
-3 huevos
-150 gr azñúcar
-200 gr harina
-1 sobre de levadura química
-canela en polvo
- 100 gr de aceite vegetal (oliva, girasol, etc)
-2 manzanas en cubos (guarda una mitad para cortar láminas como decoración)
