I have no control of the AC on the touch screen, but I can control it with the buttons on the bottom. Also, the radio works on the touch screen but not with the buttons below, also no signal from the backup camera although everything checks good with the voltmeter. Please tell me what I am missing

Hello I had a question. When everything is plugged in, I turn the key or insert it and a like hitting noise comes from the speaker. However, if I disconnect a certain plug, the noise doesn’t happen, but also the system doesn’t turn off with the car. The system works completely fine everything with the AC, Bluetooth, just that noise. Any help? Thanks

Check to be sure everything is plugged into the right place. I know it sounds silly but I made this same mistake

update: i figured out why my car batery died so fast. Turns out that this carplay was constantly on, screen was dimed, and gave no sound... I have installed the original radio, and all my problems were gone! Don't listen to people that say you can't put in orginal radio because it won't work after carplay was installed

Audio quality can be muffled at times and it does work with android auto

Check your connections and make sure they are in the right spot and if that doesn’t work check to make sure you don’t have a blown fuse

Hi Wesley, was curious how the system is working to date. Any issues with the screen or delays in action? The Amazon link to your system shows is no t available but a different model from the same maker is available so I ordered it for my son’s car as a gift. Just hit and miss on posted reviews.

Hey, after installing this exact model of 2 din radio in my s197, the car battery keeps being drained even when the ignition is off. In one night the voltage drops almost 1V down. It's like the car keeps constantly looking for the OEM radio. Have you heard about this before?

I have not. It’s possible that one of the wires have a short and it’s causing your battery to drain but other than that I’m not sure

Hey quick question the wire that you removed from the original radio face the one with the single plug did you have to use that for the new radio?

Unfortunately I don’t know if you will be able to use your factory sub’s however you can reprogram the steering wheel controls in the settings
