I tried it only once and I love the acv rinse, I can’t believe it was that easy to fix dry dull curls. I’ve spent so much money on masks, conditioners and oils and nothing worked. I decide to try this and boom my curls (which I thought the damage was irreversible) are back. I’m sure my hair will look even better my second rinse.

I've been using ACV for my scalp as well as for other uses and I love using it! it really cleans the dandruff and there's even a natural shine when my hair is all dried. I love apple cider!!!!!

I loooove acv for my curls :) I also love to drink it when I break out. Plus I just enjoy the taste when mixed with water, cinnamon and honey. My husband hates the smell of it lol I think I'm going to go an acv rinse now it's been a while. It always makes my curls so bouncy and refreshed :) I leave it in my hair for the best results.

It's very good for your insides as well. I have the Bragg a.c.v too,..at grocery. Also try organic coconut oil on ur face and everywhere. It disappears face wrinkles and makes wherever u put it on ur skin. I'm in an a.f.h. and she's Filipina, I started using it on my skin 1 yr and 6 mo. Ago. I swear by it not at it. They consume it too. I did see it's good for us inside as well. I plan o n using it internally as container is bought. I happened to stumble while looking at hair cuts for curly hair,and I always read comments on u tube or anywhere they might have the m. Someone said they pretty much lost their natural curl. They had just started using vinegar on the hair to see if it worked,she said it helped. Solo I happened to stumble on this video. Gonna try it now on my hair. Does this speaker do natural things? Or is it for less costly fix its?

Please tell me ACV will help with a protein overload. Instead of my hair being in it's naturally curly/could state it's now wavy. This all happened in a matter of days. Will this help my coils come back😩

my hair is very very dry,curly, long and fulls of knots!!!! all the problems started since I stopped using regular shampoos and conditioners with silicones about a year and a half ago.I have horrible knots, my hair is long and it takes minimum 3 hours to detangle it!!!!! while detangling I have to cut hard tangles that can not be detangled!!! I can't use a brush.I detangle with my hands and it takes hours!!!! no matter what organic mask I used,it takes hours to detangle my hair in the shower!!!!!!! and when I finish detangling, no matter with what,even with ACV all knots come back tomorrow and I have to spend my time all over again with this ugly hair!!!!!! but I don't detangle my hair every day for 3 hours,I don't have time for that.I wait and detangle at least once a week. help??????? maybe I should start using regular shampoos without all this natural fucking things that don't work on me!!!!!what should I do????? I want to hope there is a natural solution for my tangled hair.but who can help me????? the only reason I don't use again regular shampoos is because I noticed that since I stopped using them my hair grew longer and faster but it's impossible with the ugly apperence of my hair that looks and has so many knots!!!!!!!! help please?????????!!!!!! That must be the same problem I am having. I am slowly going back to other products. I have never had such problems with knots and tangles till recently. You'll re still going to need a conditioner for your hair
