🍎Apple Cinnamon Ade : doomandoo

사과(apple) - 1(240g)
시나몬파우더(cinnamon powder) - 1/4t
설탕(sugar) - 200g
베이킹소다(baking soda)
식초(vinegar)

1. 사과를 베이킹소다로 문지른다
2. 볼에 사과, 식초, 물을 넣고 15분간 방치한다
3. 마지막으로 깨끗한 물로 헹궈낸다
4. 사과에 남은 물기를 닦아낸다
5. 사과를 4등분 해서 씨를 제거하고 얇게 슬라이스한다
6. 볼에 사과와 설탕과 시나몬파우더를 넣고 섞는다
7. 실온에서 20분간 방치한다
8. 냄비에 물을 넣고 병을 뒤집어 넣고 뚜껑도 함께 끓인다
9. 병이 뜨거워지면 불을 끄고 병을 꺼내 똑바로 세워서 말린다
10. 병이 완전히 건조되면 청을 담아 실온에 하루 냉장고에서 이틀 숙성한다
11. 숙성이 끝나면 따뜻한 물에 희석해서 마신다
시나몬파우더의 양은 기호에 맞게 조절해 주세요
사과는 크기는 더 작게 잘라도 괜찮아요

The sugar isn’t simply for sweetening the recipe, it has two functions. 1. Extracting the juice and spice and infusing with it as a syrup. 2. Sugar and honey are preservatives-notice the apple never went bad in the jar and juice never turned sour. If you’re not trying to make a preserve, then dehydrate the apple and use the chips as a tea. It won’t taste as fresh, but it’s the same concept.
