Oh give me a break ! I had a Cancerous Tumor the size of an Apple Core removed . . In addition to this , I had part of my colon, and part of my small intestine , my Caecum , 15 Lymph Nodes, and a biopsy and a Blood Transfusion . ( Stage Three Adenocarcinoma) , And on top of that , I have Congestive Heart Failure ,and hell , I was kept in the hospital for only 4 days !

I had a kidney infection that became septic. I spent 3 days in icu and 5 more out of icu. Came home with 2 drains and had to get daily iv antibiotics for weeks. Not fun.

Abusers are of both sexes, but I find more of men who take women for granted, and expect them to bend over backwards to serve and fulfill their needs. My parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents, have taught us to be respectful about women, because their contribution towards relationship, family, and life, is far more than any man can compete with. 90% of the time, it is women who fall prey to these lowlife scumbag men. I wish these authors used and added the touch of your creative writing. It sounds more like a very needed closure and ending to a situation or a story. Kidney inflammation is no joke. 1) it can lead to serious problems and possible death if not taken cared of. 2) it causes extreme pain, throwing up, pain, cold shivers, pain, a fever, pain...did I mention the pain? I've had 2 kidney infections and it is truly hell.

They are all 3 messed up, the fiance is a non-caring, selfish jerk, the fiancee is disrespectful to the future MIL - who came and did requested favors for her, and gave good advice for the wedding reception. After all, not wanting people who don't get along seated together is one of the considerations when arranging seating. When co-workers came to visit, she didn't want them. She was surprised when the MIL came to visit, which, yes, should be expected. True, MIL had no business criticizing her appearance while in the hospital. She should have just told her she didn't want visitors, not played an odd game. There shouldn't have been any expectation to bring the fiancee directly from the hospital to help make pies at a family gathering. There were clearly many others there to manage that task without her. This whole thing is silly.

In the US, if a patient pushes the call light for a nurse, and asks for rest/bathroom/assistance, the visitor must leave the room, or atleast step away from the bed so a privacy curtain can be drawn. Also, hospitals have visiting hours, and for chronic patients with major infections like kidney problems, the visiting would be severely restricted and possibly only for related adults. Nobody just walks into a hospital room, they check into the floor via the nurses' station and may need to sign-in but for sure have to say who they are visiting so head nurse can check to see if there are restrictions on visitors due to infection control, etc. Idk how it is in other countries

I agree with the main my only issue with her was at the beginning. U complain about ur fiance not being there but also complain when his mother is there. Even worse instead of telling her the truth to not be rude or mean u trick her into fetching unnecessary items to irritate her for me that was stupid and still rude. No matter how u went about it it would've been seen as rude in her eyes so u didn't dodge a bullet. I ununderstand it's kidney inflammation and it's serious but she gets out of hospital n doctor says she can go right to work next day? Of course the fiance n future MIL are wrong insensitive. But she's not all innocent on all this. She's been confrontational the whole time with them the whole time. And obviously wants to be babied but unfortunately some people don't see or understand that when someone isn't feeling well. If the fiancé couldn't be bothered to go to hospital then she should have ended it there. I don't know what other sign she needed to see what type of person he is. Everyone is different and handle situations differently. And yet a again she throws out marriage is not happening. She sure didn't sound sick or act sick arguing with him n mil. She has a lot of energy. She called off engagement early YET still went with him when he acted like he always acts. That make sense.
