Back in 2011 you were so gracious and kind to take the time to answer my worries about switching from Windows to Mac for the first time. Thanks to your reassurance I got my very first iMac and I have never looked back since, making it one of my best purchasing decisions yet. 10 years later my iMac is still holding up pretty well although its age is showing, so I decided to upgrade this year. My order is still preparing to ship so it's not here yet but when I saw that you uploaded this video, it felt like a full circle moment. I thanked you back then and I am going to thank you again Mike, your unboxing and reviews are truly the best even after a decade :)

I took my time on deciding how to upgrade. I haven't had desktop n many yrs....last desktop was an HP and I have been using Apple now for over 8yrs. I am glad I made the switch. I finally made the jump to the iMac in the blue and I am loving it. I did select the basic model with 256 and it is fine for my use. No regrets on it. The performance is great. I have the Touch ID on my iPad Air and don't use it much so I really don't miss it. I appreciate the honesty I received from the Apple rep who assisted with my purchase. He didn't try to over sell me.. No matter what model you decide on, this iMac is a great machine and am glad I bought it.

I remember watching phonedog’s iPhone 2G and 3GS unboxing videos back in the day and that took me to Detroitborg’s. Not sure how long it has been but the way Mike took it to the next level, definitely must be a stepping stone for the people we know now with bigger names. Hey Mike I have a request. From the past few years I have been noticing that your channel is stuck on 1.2 - 1.3 million subscribers. I love your content seriously. I think the reason your not really getting more subscribers over the years is cause you are not regular with your videos like other tech youtubers. You upload in months! The AMAZING details in your videos, the beautiful videography, the charisma in your videos and most importantly your voice are perfect for you to be amongst the most successful youtubers out there today. I am currently using a 7-year-old refurbished MacBook Pro, but I have started looking to upgrade my hardware by late January and February of the coming year. I was originally planning on getting the 16 inch MacBook Pro, but then I decided to cut costs by going for the 24-inch Orange iMac. I will also finally return to iPhone in the spring (probably March or April), after nearly 5 years on Android. Unlike many of my friends at school, in which they buy certain products as a status symbol, I always have a purpose when I buy certain tech. I really want to experience the Dynamic Island feature, and I want to be able to use AirDrop to transfer files, like photos and videos, from the phone to the Mac. I have also gotten used to bigger phones, so the ideal iPhone for me is the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I have watched countless unboxing/review videos of the new M1 iMac's and yours is by far the most detailed and best one I have seen. Your video quality and delivery is also second to none. I have a mid-tier green one on order with 16GB ram, 1TB SSD, mouse and trackpad due to arrive in mid-June. It will be replacing my 21.5" mid-2010 iMac (which thankfully still runs great) so as you can tell, it is not often that I upgrade my desktop. The new M1 iMac was just the one I have been waiting for. In any case, you have a new subscriber and I only wish I could have enlarged the thumbs up I gave you for this video. I look forward to seeing more of your content.
