Apple Image Playground not working after Installing iOS 18.2

I am in the United States live in Texas, on the iPad Pro 13 M4 and still having issue

I’m in the USA and I have the same issue so here’s what I’ve done. I’ve I changed my region to another region, changed it back to USA close the application restart it and it worked properly after.
