NOT at all what this feature does.... all "significant locations" does is makes it so at those locations it does LESS live tracking, to SAVE on battery life while still providing essential functions that need location. It literally even say in the text below the toggle you're talking about, about how it's used to help provide info and services for things like Maps and Calendar. ALSO, it's encrypted and on your device only. Maybe actually understand the features you're telling people to mess with, before messing with them.

the reset button helps if you go for ex. a longer holiday or travel abroad for a longer period of time, so that the phone can learn your new routines - that 's good, but turning it off isn't a wise move.

Yeah, and it's end to end encrypted. Completely unnecessary FUD about turning it off - it's there to optimize parts of the system and make things smarter, and Apple can't access it

Oddd, have them all on my 12 pro max after updating to 18 Some of these could be whether your service/ cell carrier offer it yet. But most do. If you're using a popular/bigger carrier & successfully updated to 18 and actually have an iPhone 12 Pro max (bc that is what I have) then you should've received these updates.
