whenever i open the command screen the "enter itunes encryption password" is not there. any ideas?

Bob I know I mentioned to you before my ps4 clicking and shutting off I was thinking could I take hard drive out and open the hard drive up and then inspect to see If it has a scratch marks from the click?

no. the click is because the HD Heads can't find home. OR... can't read a data location so they repeatedly home themselves CLICK then track back to the data point, try to read fail and back to home CLICK repeat till it reads the data point its working on. try, fail, click. try, fail, click. try succeed, try, fail, click.

@@bobspurloc Thanks yeah I ditched trying to mess with the hp pavillion 570-PO23W and I have a custom pc built I gotta get my storage and a video card I am gonna just deal with a low profile video card until the scalpers get tired.. My original plan I wanted a 1660ti.. Also that HP or mine atleast It is very noisey could be the fan or power supply so bad I didn't even get on It for awhile..
