Dude I have both the galaxy a52s and the nord 2 and the image quality on the nord 2 during the night is so much better than the a52s. There is no way you used the ultra night mode on the nord 2. You just forgot it. I mean for example look at 13:13 where the night mode is on how much brighter the image of the nord is compared to the other phones but in 13:18 the image of the nord 2 is the darker one , because you forgot to use the night mode. I mean even the poco f3 with the 3 year old camera sensor and without optical image stabilazition has a better image. There are other videos on the internet that compare these phones that show how much better the nord 2 is low-light compared to phones like a52s and poco f3.

I own Nord 2 phone and agree with you,in fact I believe that in Ultra Dark mode Nord 2 in the best phone for night shots, actually transform night photos in daylight photos. Many reviewers from KZbin don t discovered Ultra Dark Mode from Nord 2 , maybe because it triggered automatically in very low light .

It's the cheapest of them all & still packs an amazing semi-flagship snapdragon SoC & also had a very decent camera output as it overall performed better than Nord 2 which is 30% more expensive while having a Mediatek(lol) SoC.

Killer comparison! Personally, considering how great iphone's image processing is and its price, the a52s and nord 2 did a great job. If I had to buy one, I'd pick whichever of those two is the cheaper option at the time of buying while compare other aspects that are important to me like software updates, display, speed tests, sound, etc. I liked Nord 2's pictures in places where a52s underexposed areas or the colours were off but a52s had better detail in certain pictures.

A52s have water and dust resistance which to me is worth a lot. Samsung cheaps out on Bluetooth audio codecs though.
