Right. 900kbps, actually. Thanks. But it is not very widely supported, unfortunately. Only the Find Series and a few Mi Phones do. And, with LHDC the stability is really bad. It’s not easy to suggest.

Dolby Atmos and Lossless audio is currently not available in India. I confirm with apple they are rolling out this feature in couple of months because this is server side feature.

I just purchased a lightning to headphone jack dongle for my Bose headphones and downloaded a few lossless music files. I cannot tell the difference between my original music files and the higher quality files on Apple Music. I’m not gonna spend anymore time erasing my old downloads and getting those lossless files.

Some newly arrived phones like Mi 11x series, Asus Zenfone 8 series has HiFi resolution audio inbuilt. In that case, DACs are not needed and a pair of good sounding IEMs are fine. Phones without a dedicated HiFi support should definitely need DACs for true quality audio experience.

No you won't. @ the moment, Apple devices use the AAC Bluetooth codec which is highly compressed. In order to get better sound quality with the M4s they would need to be paired with an Android device that has LDAC which has a transmission rate of 990Kbps vs 250Kbps that the AAC codec transmits @.

Lossless is a very good initiative by Apple. But still physical CDs and DVD (or blue ray) must be there in market, it's very unfortunate that those things have disappeared, many of today's listeners doesn't even know what good quality (both in terms of listening experience and art) music is. CDs and stereo setup can beat anything
