Hi, I hope your happy and well and living your best life 😃 best advice I can give anyone in a relationship is always keep your money separate, make sure you have your own money. I learnt the hard way, I was engaged to a guy for over four years and he had an affair with my ex best friend !! It was after I kicked him out I found out that all the rent money I gave for him to take to the bank as I can't drive due to chronic pain, he spent on her leaving rent not paid for months and leaving me in over £3000 unpaid rent. Thankfully I had a great landlord who let it go as he could see I had paid but he spent it so he went after him for it lol. But I learnt not to ever allow any guy to have access to your money. Even now when I have been in a relationship for over 26 years I still keep our money separate although I do trust him with my card if he needs shopping etc but it took a long time for him to earn that trust just like he was with me before trusting me with his card 😃
