Most of these stories are written for audiences in Japan and Korea, and then translated into English, using Western names and places, to reach a larger audience. But the cultural, economic and legal differences don’t translate as easily as words. If you remember these are really stories for an Asian audience, they are enjoyable, without being frustrating.

It is amazing how all these people in debt from divorce in all these stories can find multiple part-time jobs to pay off their debts! It is not possible in the UK. Especially if you are a person who has not had a work history in the past three years and therefor is without a work reference!

These stories are from Japan, so I'm guessing there are plenty of street side cafes and small businesses they can work at for cash in hand over there 🤔 which of course, you can't do here in the uk. Oh, by the way, hello neighbour,😀 well the uk is small enough, you never know we could be neighbours 🤣 hope your having good weather today, its not bad here at least its not raining as it often does here in Yorkshire 🙄

Hang on, they gave her a expired passport, so how did she still end up going on the holiday with no issues. She was still able to go, and even told her how good a time she had at the beach etc. Shouldnt she have been stopped at the airport since the passport wasnt valid ?? 🤔 ive never been abroad as i wont get on a plane so im not sure how it really works, but i do know you cant travel with a expired passport so how did she even get on the plane 🤔

Here we go again. MIL hates daughter in law. Screws up vacation. I wouldn’t give my passport to anyone. Hah! She gave her an expired passport. Clever girl! Who wants to look around the airport? So Sebastian went along with this crazy plan and went to Mexico? Oh, to get Karen out of the house. Wait. Karen is 18? I thought she was a high school kid who didn’t have a smartphone. Uh oh, here comes the divorce! Oh no, wait a minute! Sarah story: Ooo! Sarah is cheating with multiple men. Hmm, Sarah’s neighbor Karen is a regular Gladys Kravitz!
