@@therealmaizing5328 the size of the baby can really be dependent on the parents/genetics, but yeah, 8# is a pretty descent-sized baby, full term or not.😂 The closest I ever got to my actual due date was 39 weeks on the dot, and my daughter was still only 7# 10oz.

How is SIL being rushed to the hospital the wifes problem?... I would absolutely NOT have wanted to go and see her in the hospital.. I highly doubt if the shoe was on the other foot, SIL wouldn't of gave two crap about the Wife or her baby.. she probably would've been laughing and praying both her and the child dies.. The husband Charlie was temporarily reassigned to another state and wife, Anya, at the time of the transfer, still had to go into the office. She didn't want to quit her job. Soon after, his transfer, working from home, was introduced, and she only had to go into the office a couple of times a month. At the end of the story, she talks to her boss about moving away to be with her husband. Boss approved the move, and the company would provide plane and transportation vouchers for the times she would have to return to the office. Why did Anya move in with his parents? She's a doormat. SIL Sylvia ordered her to do it, and so she did. Although Charlie seemed to imply that they had been living with his parents since mom had stopped cooking and Anya was doing all the cooking. Once, working from home was announced to be permanent. Anya should have looked into the travel vouchers and moved in with her husband. Instead, ever the doormat she remained until Sylvia kicked her out.

OMG, I agree. I know that this is fictional, but come on. When I had to go remote for awhile, I did not have a space to work. I had my computer and everything I needed spread around on my bed, lol. My sister would go to work, I would be working on my computer, she came home, I would be on my computer. I thought that she thought I was slacking. She always said she KNEW I was busy the entire time she was gone. It was just common sense. I guess a lot of people do not have common sense.
