@@carolroberts4614 mid 60’s here. The little red flouncy velvet dress with the lace bows, white tights and black patent leather shoes, my never cut hair so curled up in ringlets. Dad took a picture with J66 camera, and ten minutes later I’d gone outside and sat down in the mud puddle. I I was happy. Got the slippery soled shoes off, and it was so fun!!!!!

I read Stith Thompson's THE FOLKTALE when I was young (I'm 68). IIRC, only the two brothers and the sword had more variations than Cinderella.

I believe it is on many of these. The voice actor is on this particular one aren't terribly good but there are some where the woman does all of the female and male voices and someone had to tell me that and I had to go and look it up because you cannot tell when she's doing it. It sounds like five different people.
