In the US if the police would have suspected her of arson as well as assault and attempted murder, they would immediately arrest her and charge her. Nobody needs to bring charges it's not up to the people whose property burnt it becomes a criminal matter. Now the stepmother can take her to civil court for damages but going to jail and being charged with the heftier crimes has nothing to do with the people.

In cases of bodily harm, or extreme property damage, there perpetrator is automatically arrested and charges pressed by the state. No leniency by aggrieved parties, no dropping charges after restitution. Do not pass go, do not collect the 200 dollars.

totaly agree with you there, also 15 year in prison for the crimes she commited is so low compared to the time she would have actuatly gotten.

​@madmurdoch2000 surprisingly with it having been her first crime (which I'm assuming as no one said anything about previous incidents) 15yrs is probably more then she ACTUALLY would have gotten especially if she got a really good public defender, or a half way decent defense attorney. They would put extreme emphasis on her severe delusions if the SM being the devil and brainwashed her dad. They would have argued major Mental Health Disorder and disturbance. If she has a previous history of Criminal Intent then that would definitely take away from the insanity defense. I'm not a Defense lawyer, however my Sister-in-law is. She and I enjoy these stories and she laughs at many, groans at others, and just sighs at the rest. At least any involving possible Criminal Charges. She said the court would take her family history into account and yeah either a Damn good public defender or a decent private Defense Attorney would have been able to get the time dropped down to 10 with possibility of parole, or time in a Mental Health facility. She said an Insanity plea would work VERY well in that case, especially since she truly believed that she had to save her dad from Ellen's Brainwashing and that Ellen wanted to seperate Kira and her dad. Unfortunately its not as cut and dry as we wish to think it is. If it was we wouldn't have people still serving decades for nonviolent Weed Charges, while a mom whose negligence led to serious bodily harm or death of their child get 10 - 15yrs. Hell Kira would have been offered a plea deal for reduced time if she pled guilty while verbally admitting her whole plan. There are so many ways they could have gotten her less time. And yes the Victims wish for or against leniency would be taken into account. Also sometimes when there isn't enough evidence to prove the aggressor was the perpatrator without the Victims testimony and the victim/victims refuse to press charges even the states hands are tied with how much they can do. It also depends on the State that the crime happened in. Each State handles certain crimes differently. The USA Justice System is one of the worst in the world

I keep hearing the same 3 themes over and over in these channels. It's always the bitch in law, cheating spouses or money, or some combination of the 3. But this channel is really putting out some unique plots. I'm liking it. That first story was great.

Under certain circumstances your blood type can change, bone marrow transplant, transfusion , acquired B phenomenon. Also if you are a chimera it’s possible to carry dominant genes and only show the recessive genes. Either way, Kira is a rotten, despicable piece of trash, if this were real I would feel sorry for her poor father. She’s a psychopath no matter her blood type.

3rd story: I went to a cousin's wedding a few years ago. All us female cousins got together for a photo and everyone was wearing black except me. That part of the wedding dress code doesn't exist in the USA.

Looking back at Kira's case in the Jumbo By the time Kira manages to survive and gets out of prison after her 15 years are up, David and Ellen's new son's gonna be a high school student. Story2- I would never call/text my partner's mother on my own, not without my boyfriend there to introduce us- that just seems even MORE presumptuous and rude!!
