Apple Pie/Cheesecake Dessert 2SP
1/3 cup Scoopable Apple Pie recipe
1 full graham cracker crumbled
16 oz fat free greek yogurt
½ small pkg sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
Mix yogurt and pudding mix. Place ½ graham crackers in bottom of jar. Next layer 2 oz pudding mix. Next add ½ apple pie mixture, repeat layers.

Made the candy apple salad yesterday. It was really good. The only issue I had was I could not find the Jell-O cheese cake mix in my grocery stores. Found it on Amazon, it cost $21.36foefour boxes plus $15 for shipping. I need to find a better place or only buyit once a year for foursalads in the summer and fall. But it was good. For those of you who like cheese cake it really does taste the same.

Honestly I use that Greek yogurt/pudding filling so much that I have never measured. I only made the one for the video and ended up just having a scoop of each that did not look so pretty as a dessert for the rest of the week, but if I were to guess maybe four !!!

Hi Kim, I’m confused in the video you mention mixing the jello into the amount of 32 oz of yogurt but on the recipe it states 16 oz. I want to make this but want to get the proportions correct. Sharona D Yes. I did 32 oz but it was a ton extra. So I cut it down to 1/2 size to better fir the recipe size !! If you use 32 oz yogurt then use the entire box of jello. If you use 16 oz of yogurt then use 1/2 box jello pudding mix Hope that helps.

The recipe is different in your video than what amounts to use in the description. You say in the video use 32oz yogurt and you used one small box of pudding where the description says 1/2 small box of pudding and use 16oz of yogurt. The recipe sounds good but confused on the amounts of ingredients to use. Please let me know . Want to make this. Sounds good.

When I make this I make a full container of yogurt. (So an entire batch ). For this recipe you only need 1/2 the batch of yogurt .... you can make a half or whole batch as it’s so good you can use the leftovers for a snack later. Hope you like the recipe !!

each time I have calculated the pudding it comes to 3 points for whole box.. I weigh out 5 gms for 0 points.
