Google Ruck Bayless How to chop cilantro. He has a quick video that shows you how to do it. I used to dread dealing with cilantro because it took forever when I did it my way....ha ha. This method is super easy.

I really appreciate the way the groceries were presented along with meal ideas. It always sparks creativity and gives me new things to try. How nice to see you posting again! 😍. That oil dispenser is new to me…will check out your link shortly. Also, I didn’t know you could steam eggs in a rice cooker⁉️ NeatO Putting SF pudding into oats is also a new trick to me. I always add 1/8 C of egg whites from a carton, to up the protein a wee bit, but I always cook my oats in the microwave with a diced apple. I look forward to seeing your remodel project when complete. Thanks for sharing your ideas!! ❤️

I made this but for some reason the dry milk is not dissolving when I add hot water to the mix. Do we need to sift anything or do you have to whisk it?

Do you just wash your strainer by hand in warm soapy water, or can you put it in the dishwasher. I accidentally threw my directions away when I threw away the box it came in. Thanks for the video!

My first meal is at high noon , my second meal between 7 and 8 in the evening . Nothing in between, no snacks , just water . With my meals I eat whatever I want to, just not too much and chew well . No weight problems !
